Cancellation Conditions

To cancel your order completely, you should contact us via our Order Tracking/Cargo line at 0533 607 3010 or send an e-mail to info@elmasia.com.tr. You can use your RIGHT of WITHDRAWAL for your returns after your order is delivered to the cargo, within the framework of the RETURN TERMS set forth below.

In cases where all or part of your order cannot be met by our company due to lack of stock or similar conditions, we inform you and refund your payment as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy

There are two different return conditions: DEFECTIVE GOODS or RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

1. Defective goods are goods that are in violation of the contract because they do not conform to the sample or model agreed upon by the parties at the time of delivery to the consumer, or because they do not have the characteristics that they should have objectively. Defective goods in accordance with the relevant law specified in the commercial law; “Any fault or defect in its standard or technical regulation, which does not comply with what is reported on its label, package, advertisement; It is a good that reduces or eliminates the benefits expected by the consumer and includes all kinds of material, economic and legal deficiencies.

If you think that the product/products you have purchased are defective goods, you can contact us via our Order Tracking/Cargo line at 0554 607 3010 or via badecanlar@gmail.com within one week (7 days) from the day you receive it from the courier and request the refund of the price paid for the damaged product/products. , you can request a discount in your next order at the rate of loss due to damage or a new product shipment. In this context, shipping and similar costs incurred for the products you send back to us belong to us. Defective Goods return requests after one week (7 days) are not taken into account.


2. In order for the purchased products to be returned within the "Right of Withdrawal", the original package or box of the purchased product, the packaging inside and outside are not damaged, the invoice and all accessories are sent to us within one week (7 days) together with the product, undamaged and complete. required. Cargo and similar expenses arising from the use of the Right of Withdrawal belong to the BUYER.

The guarantee that the inner packaging of our cosmetic products, which are requested to be returned using the Right of Withdrawal, is not opened, is that even the cardboard packages that we wrap outside of the products reach us unopened and intact. Otherwise, the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised due to hygienic conditions, as they may have been opened and smelled or tried. The products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are:

* Products that cannot be returned due to their nature,
* Products prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or clearly his personal needs
* Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the package is opened by the BUYER, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
* Makeup supplies
* In order for products such as cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear and bikinis to be returned, their packages must be unopened, untested, intact and unused.

3. In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging that were purchased by mistake, and in case the product is not returned as it was when it was delivered to the buyer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
